By registering you agree to the following (ARTISTS):
(i) You will upload original content, created solely by you, by means of tradition, or digital based.
(ii) You will not upload Manga/Western comics from other artists which you paid no contributions to.
(iii) You will not upload Manga/Western comics from artists in the mainstream; examples would be, SPAWN, Spiderman, Naruto, Bleach, DeathNote etc, unless acclaimed as a \"Doujinshi Comic\" (fan comic) or unless its by the origonal artist.
By Registering you also agree to (ARTISTS/READERS):
(i) Not to abuse our servers by means of attack of malicious hardware, software, malware (viruses) etc
(ii) You must not abuse other users or their work in any form, take or take credit for their artwork.
(iii) You must not abuse staff, in any shape or form, they are there to help Artists and/or readers in using our systems.
(iv) By creating your account you agree to give real personal information which will NOT be passed on or sold to third parties these are purely used for copyright purposes and Administration.
Your Entitlement (ARTIST):
You are entitled to have your work stored in confidence, we will not sell your artwork, take credit nor give your artwork to third parties; we will not use your artwork in advertisements or promotions unless we get strict permission from you.
Your Data will be kept inline with the Data Protection Act, 1998 and will not be sold to third parties.
By using our service we will make sure that your work is organised and its quality is not discredited in any manner.
You have full control over your artwork, however if your work conflicts with our TOS (this document) then your artwork will be removed by a staff member.
Forbidden Content (ARTISTS/READERS):
The following content is forbidden in forms of artwork,photo displays and use of language (some more applicable to others):
1) Pornography
2) Illegal artwork/photographs
3) Hentai artwork
4) Offensive/abusive content
5) Offensive/hate content aimed at individuals or groups from:
- Race
- Age
- Sex
- Religion
- Beliefs
- Political
- Ethnical
These will not be tolerated and you will be banned for breaking these TOS. A result of violation dependant of seriousness will be reported to authorities.
